Clal Insurance is set to acquire a 15% stake in ICR, the real estate firm owned by the Nakash family and Israel Canada, led by Barak Rosen and Assi Touchmair. This acquisition is expected to increase the company’s value to NIS 1.72 billion. ICR, formerly Manarev Projects, was previously purchased by Israel Canada for NIS 574 million.
