According to ICE, the leadership of Barak Rosen and Asaf Touchmair has resulted in Israel Canada achieving a record-breaking year with high sales volume and stability, a significant achievement given the current economic uncertainty and rising interest rates. The company reported a 50% increase in apartment and land sales, amounting to around NIS 3 billion at the end of 2022, compared to NIS 2 billion in the same period last year. Additionally, the operating profit rose by 71% to approximately NIS 741.5 million.
In an interview with the media, Barak Rosen, the CEO and owner of Israel Canada, stated that despite the challenging economic environment, the company achieved sales of over NIS 3 billion with a net profit of NIS 350 million. He also mentioned the company’s continued efforts in various real estate activities, such as marketing the Sde-Dov project and making progress in establishing the Midtown Jerusalem project.
