As published by “Globes”, Israel Canada, specifically its unit G.Z. Madaf 35, has successfully sold 120 apartments out of the total 480 units in Sde Dov. The company secured the land through a tender for 8.65 dunams at a cost of NIS 1.25 billion. According to Israel Canada’s financial report for the third quarter of 2023, the 120 apartment contracts at Sde Dov amount to a total value of NIS 931 million. The average selling price for these apartments is NIS 79,200 per square meter.
