Israel Canada to buy Brown Hotels chain | Globes

Israel Canada Hotels continues its rapid expansion. As reported, the group will acquire Brown Hotels, the largest private hotel chain in Israel, in a deal that includes the purchase of the brand, loyalty program, website, eight hotels in Greece with a total of 1,076 rooms, and ten hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem with 779 rooms. Upon completion of the deal, Israel Canada Hotels will operate approximately 3,600 rooms in Israel and abroad.

Reuven Elkes, Partner and CEO of Israel Canada Hotels, stated: “We are pleased to have reached an agreement with the owners of Brown Hotels. I am confident that under our management, the Brown brand will realize the great potential we see in it.”
