Situated in the northern Sde Dov neighborhood, the apartment cost Cohen around NIS 14 million ($3.78 million). Spanning 134 square meters, it includes a 14-square-meter balcony with sea views, reflecting a price of approximately NIS 100,000 ($27,000) per square meter.
